2023 - 2025 Strategic Plan Booklet

CVD's Rebirth Plan centers around reaffirming its commitment to healing justice, organizational stability, and centering Black birthing people in its work. The CVD mission is simple, connect pregnant and birthing people to free and low-cost compassionate labor, postpartum, and pregnancy loss support and information rooted in Black feminist wisdom and healing.

We are cordially inviting you to Be The Change in birth inequity. You can support our commitment to improving birth and reproductive justice and equity in a few ways. In the document below, you can begin by understanding where we've been, where we are, and where we want to go. After you've read the plan, take action to show your support.

CVDoulas provides access to free and low-cost labor, postpartum, and pregnancy loss support. Our work eliminates morbidity and mortality among Black Birthing People and those resource-denied in pregnancy and birth care.
